Shoulders and Arms

So far out of the workouts I have done this one is my favorite. I think probably because these exercises were easier for me then the others. Here is a video of one of the work outs. They are called side tri rises.

Ouch...

So I woke up today after the plyos workout, and my legs didn't hurt but my chest feels like it has been torn into a million pieces.
I did a plyometrics workout today. I dont think it was a bad as yesterday but it still kicked my butt. One thing that was nice is that I burned some serious calories, I am not sure how many but my legs will be sore tomorrow.

P90x Day 1 Chest and Back


So I started P90x today! I have been watching these infomercials on T.V. for quite sometime, I vowed never to waste my money on something like this before. Well, I still haven't, but a friend did. I haven't worked out for a while and I have been dying to get to the gym, but I have been so busy with Maddux, work and my ongoing web business, so I decided to give it a try. The workout kicked my trash. It was awesome. So As you can see I posted a pic of myself. It is awful, I have one with my shirt off but I was too embarrassed to post it. I will put it up when I have more results, so everyone can see the change.
I started off at 198.7 lbs. My goal is 175. We will see how well I do.
